Today Griff turns 4 months! It’s so hard to believe that he’s this old already. Time has gone by so fast, and while I love how big he is getting, I miss the newborn stage like crazy! Thankfully he’s a cuddly baby, so I still get to hold him all I want. 💛
Currently, Griff weights 15 lbs 5oz and is 26 inches long. My husband is 6 ft 6 in, so we aren’t surprised by his length at all! Hoping we are growing the next basketball star, haha.
His head circumference is 18 inches, which puts him in the 98th percentile for babies his age. 😳 We hope the big head means a smart brain!
Griff loves to blow spit bubbles and play in his exercise gym. He’s started grabbing toys and putting them straight in his mouth. It’s so funny to see him grow in little ways like this. Griff has never loved tummy time, but now he’s not minding it as much! He can turn from his back to his side, but we’re still working on the full flip, haha. Griff has always had a really sturdy neck and has always loved sitting up. I honestly think he’ll be able to sit up on his own very soon!
His hair is getting SO LONG. I’ve had to think up some new ways to keep his hair out of his face. His hair goes down the back of his neck, and he totally has a mullet. Johnny thinks we should snip it soon, but I think a baby with a flow is 😍. I don’t think we’ll be seeing scissors anytime soon.
We also took Griffy on his first trip to Florida. My family does a yearly trip there and I was so excited for him to experience the beach and water for the first time. My mom and Nana were such great help while we were there, it’s nice having a babysitter sometimes! 😂
Thanks for reading and catching up on Griff! Can’t wait to share more on his growth in the coming months. ❤️
