Happy Wednesday!
I polled earlier this week on instagram stories to see if you would be interested in seeing my baby Amazon finds. We have a Prime account, so we use it a lot now that Griff is here and we aren’t leaving the house as much!
Today I’m sharing our favorite baby products, mom necessities, and boy clothes. There are WAY more girl clothes than boys–so I’m trying to share as many cute boy sets, onesies and rompers I can get my hands on, at an affordable cost. 🙂 These are just Amazon finds, and I plan on sharing my actual “must have” baby registry items with you in the upcoming weeks.
Baby Products
Griff graduated to bathtub baths a few weeks ago, and this bath support is cheap, but works great and gets the job done. Griff is already starting to kick his legs and splash the water–it’s so cute! This helps keep his head up and supported during bath time.
Graco Duet Soothe Swing Rocker Winslet, Light Beige/Light Green
Another item that has been worth every penny. We love this swing because it swivels in three different directions, so we’re always able to keep an eye on Griff. We keep this swing in our living room and it’s nice to put him in there while Johnny and I are watching TV or hanging out with visitors. This swing also has a mobile and plays music as well.
Since I’ll be going back to work soon, I wanted to be able to pump for Griff on the days I’d be gone. After doing a ton of research and asking friends and family, the Medela breast pump was easily the best choice. If you can, I recommend getting this pump through your insurance provider. I used Aeroflow to get my breast pump delivered right to my door, and I was able to order extra accessories as needed.
Lasinoh Breastfeeding Lanolin Cream
One of the pains I did not expect or prepare myself for is the few days after baby is born and your milk drops. WOW. That’s one area of my body that I do not have much pain tolerance for. If you’re having your baby at the hospital, they’ll give you lanolin cream after baby arrives, but I highly suggest you buy a bigger tube of your own because you’re going to go through a lot of it! I amazon primed a bottle while I was in the hospital so it would be waiting for me once we got home.
Philips Avent Soothie Pacifier
You’ll probably try a ton of pacifiers until your baby finds one they like, but Griff really likes the Philips Avent Soothie Pacifier. I think it’s because these are what the nurses gave him in the hospital? Some people warn about nipple confusion and don’t recommend pacifiers, but Griff has always been a great eater and we have never had any issue with it. Every baby is different!
